When you subscribe to our Newsletter from our Newsletters page or with the newsletter subscription link in the bottom of every zooplus shop page, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to activate your subscription. If you have a "my zooplus" customer account, simply log in and click on Newsletters. Select the newsletter pet-preferences you wish to receive and click “Subscribe”.


Sometimes the newsletter gets moved automatically to your junk or spam mail folder. Please check that this hasn't happened.  


If you find the newsletter in here, please add our mailing address to your contacts to avoid spam or junk classification in the future. 


It can take up to 48 hours to receive a newsletter after the subscription. If the newsletter is not in your junk or spam mail folder and you have still not received a newsletter, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
