Something went wrong and you can't redeem your coupon?

 

If you are trying to redeem a personalised coupon, first check if it is visible in the Coupon section of your “my zooplus” account (see the answer to the question: 'How do I redeem a coupon?' for more info).

 

If you are still getting an error message, check that you have correctly entered the entire string of digits / letters in the code.

 If you've copied & pasted the code (recommended), check that no spaces have accidentally been inserted.

Some codes are linked to a minimum basket value, so you will need to have products totalling at least this amount (excluding delivery) in your basket.

If the total value of your basket is less than the value of the coupon code, the difference cannot be carried over and is automatically forfeited. 

You can only redeem one coupon per order.

It is not possible to retrospectively apply a coupon to a previous order.
