Please have the following ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible: 

  • your order / customer number - Important: We kindly ask you to write down the initial Order number clearly on the outside of the return parcel. This helps us identify your return faster and proceed with the refund smoothly.
  • the reason for your return
  • the article number  
  • a suitable collection day (Monday to Friday)
  • whether you would like a refund or replacement 

 

We will arrange for the item to be collected. We’ll also cover the costs of returning the goods to us.
