  • the reason for your claim 
  • the article number  
  • the expiry date and batch number on the packaging 

 

We cannot accept returns for opened food products, so we strongly recommend trying a small size, before purchasing a large quantity of any food, especially for brands that do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
