Sometimes deliveries are delayed for reasons beyond our control. If you think your parcel should have been delivered by now, please check the delivery status using the link in the parcel dispatch email or go to the delivery partner's site and enter your tracking ID.

 

If the tracking service status shows Incomplete Address/Incorrect Address, you should contact the delivery partner directly to resolve the issue. 

 

If tracking has halted and has not been updated for a few days, or if you require any further assistance, please contact Customer Service team. 

 

Please have the following ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible: 

  • your order and tracking ID / customer number 
  • the reason for your claim 
  • are you requesting a refund or replacement if your parcel turns out to be lost 

 

We will contact the delivery partner to start the process of locating the whereabouts of the parcel. We know that you are eager to receive your parcel so we will update you as quickly as possible.
